Appointments

Make an Appointment:  Stop in  the ASC to sign-up for a 30 minute appointment on the clipboard outside Claire Reinke’s office.  When making an appointment, include your name and course number on the sign-up sheet.  Drop-ins are also welcome based on availability.  It is best to make an appointment at least two weeks prior to your deadline.

What to Expect: When preparing for an appointment bring a description of the assignment, your draft, and decide what you would like us to focus on such as idea generation, organization, argument development, punctuation and grammar, etc.

Running late or can’t make an appointment? Please call or email using the form below so that the appointment can be opened up for another student.

E-tutoring:  If you are not able to meet face-to-face, use the form below to email Claire and set up a date and time for an e-tutoring session.  Once you have an appointment, email your paper to Claire.  Comments will be embedded in your paper and then sent back to you.  Note, even though you will not be present for an e-tutoring session, you must make an appointment so time is reserved for Claire to review your paper.
