Student Access to Microsoft Office

Did you know that all BooU students have FREE access to Microsoft Office software like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel on any computer*?

Here’s how:

1. Go to your campus email

LoginWindow2. Once you are logged in, the page will automatically open to your email (Outlook). Click on the OneDrive link in the top right of the screen.

OneDriveBar3. OneDrive is a cloud-based drive where all your Office365 documents will automatically be saved. You can save other documents to this storage area as well.

OneDrive4. Click on the + symbol to select which kind of new file you want: a Word document, Excel workbook, PowerPoint presentation, etc.

CreateDoc5. Voila!

*Note: Office 365 is only available over the web. There is no offline version, but as long as you can get on the Internet you will have access to your Office365 suite.

Our hours for the beginning of the fall semester:
M-Th: 8-8:30
F: 8-4:30
S-Su: Closed

That means there’s research help, computers, internet, study space, snacks and beverages all at your fingertips!
